First time shipping a car. Because of reviews online, went with Ship A Car Direct. They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either and after reading those reviews, wouldn't want to use cheapest. Scott with Ship A Car Direct handled our order, and Mitch with UFC Transport delivered our car a mere two days after picking it up. No damage, no surprise fees and faster than I would have driven the distance myself. Car originally broke down in Florida while with my son who had to leave state before pickup. Dealership service department handed over car to hauler and filled out paperwork for me - plenty of opportunity to be swindled, but all went without incident. Ship A Car Direct does offer incentive to fill out review but doesn't pressure what is written in the review. No need to spin, all was great.
