Everything went according to plan and on schedule. The only flaw was at pick up, when the driver called our disconnected home phone number, and then sat and waited for our car to show up, while we sat at home waiting for his call that he was ready to pick up the car. The driver could have called our cell number or the office. We finally called and he said he had been waiting a while in the agreed upon location. but no specific time had been agreed upon. Small miscommunication, all else was fine.
