As a first time user of a Auto Shipping Company, I had a GREAT experience! Kosta, with Ship a Car Direct was very professional and very helpful in assisting me with this process. If I had any questions and/or concerns my calls and emails were responded to very quickly in a professional manner. As I was requesting a quote from Florida to Texas he was up front in letting me know the costs were a little higher coming out of Florida at the time I requested the quote. By knowing the business he said if I was flexible in my pick up date that the price may go down slightly. He was correct, as the price did go down.
The condition of the vehicle upon delivery was excellent. No damage and nothing stolen. It was dirty but that is too be expected with an open carrier traveling through rain showers.
I will utilize "Ship a Car Direct" again if an auto transport is needed and I will be the first to recommend Ship a Car Direct to someone that is needing to transport a vehicle. .
