I listed my car with Gaby at ship a car direct on a Thursday at 3- 00 - at 4:00 an hour later I received an email that a trucker took the delivery and would be in contact with me. That evening I received a call from the driver saying he would pick the car up the next evening.and would call me an hour before he arrived. - this was totally unexpected. so fast !
I've shipped two other cars before and knew it could take a week or two to get a driver.
the driver went over the car with me and then with my son upon delivery. condition was very good and a down pour on the way helped to see it better after being on the road 13 days !
Gaby who was my contact person emailed and kept me up to date as far as timing and any other infor regarding the car.
this company was very professional and I would definitely use them again. although I knew to take pic's of my car before and after, this co. has an app to help you take the areas of the car and the means to send it in if there's damage - -a definite plus. and a v very good experience
