So I was a bit concerned using this company at first as they were hundreds less expensive than competitors but I am happy I used them in the end and I saved a lot of money too. The only issue I had was getting a hold of my representative for a few days when I was trying to coordinate services (hence only 3 stars on the promptness), but she might have been on vacation or something then. She got back to me eventually and then stayed in good contact and everything was smooth after that. I will definitely give ShipACarDirect the benefit of the doubt because (due to extenuating circumstances) I had to change my pick up date and drop off city last minute and ShipACarDirect worked with me and did not charge any additional fees, in fact it was actually less expensive overall shipping it to the new city. The only additional fee was to the carrier company, Paper Impex USA, and it was only $50 dollars. My ShipACarDirect representative also tried to persuade the carrier company not to charge that fee but I agreed to accepting the fee since I caused the carrier so much trouble with the last minute changes. In the end I got my car much sooner than expected (and in the middle of the night) but I was happy about the speed it got here. Unfortunately my car was pristinely detailed for pickup but was delivered filthy, however this is to be expected when shipping open-carrier through natural weather elements. Aside from it being dirty, the car did not have an scratches or dings that I noticed so the carrier company did a good job not to damage it. The truck driver did rush me when I was inspecting it for pickup but I understood his situation as he had another drop off to do in the city and then was going to drive through the night to his next drop off city. It doesn't seem like I would have found anything to report anyways as I am 100% happy with my car now that it is washed, I haven't found any blemishes that could have been caused by transport. In the end I am happy that I chose ShipACar.
