Easy to talk with. No hard sell. Plenty of communication and emails about how the process works. The method with this company/broker is you pay them to find a trucker. Once the trucker is found, your communication and the rest of the payment shifts to the trucker and not the broker. The company does follow-up emails reminding you that they will assist if there is trouble, but there was no trouble. It appears that the first price quoted is subject to change depending on the mysteries of the universe. We paid more than the initial quote. The upside is that pick-up and drop-off were on time, the trucker's rep was pleasant and helpful, no damage. Four stars because of the price bump. I would use them again.
