My only issue was not being given a specific day for pickup. It's just "o, it will be sometime in this window" but it sounds like that's normal.

My driver from Blu Auto was awesome. He was an honest guy and talked to me for five or ten minutes afterwards. If I ever have a car shipped again and I could choose a driver I would choose this guy.

Ship a Car Direct and Blu Auto Transport were great. Whenever I called or emailed either group, they would respond immediately or same day.

*Ship a Car Direct does offer a rebate, which is why I am posting this, but I wouldn't say all these positive comments about them if they weren't helpful. They were extremely helpful and answered so many questions for me.
