Although I was promised a $30 rebate for submitting a review, the opinions expressed in this review are solely my own and I was not pressured to give the company a good review - the rebate is given as long any review is submitted. This is the best brokerage company I've worked with. Specifically, I worked with Jennifer, who was both courteous and knowledgeable about the auto transport process, from finding a carrier to ensuring on-time pickup and delivery. I had several restrictions, including having a do-not-deliver-before date and Jennifer worked with me to ensure that all of my expectations were met. The carrier they found me, Bravo Express LLC, picked up the car in a timely manner, communicated with me to ensure a seamless pickup and delivery, and delivered my vehicle exactly on the date I requested. This process could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and would definitely use this company again.
