This was my first time transporting a vehicle. The transport was from Kingston, Washington to Lady Lake, Florida.
I would use ShipACarDirect again and recommend them to others. Having established, trusted, bonded, and insured carriers made me feel comfortable.Guaranteeing to cover any damage that the carrier would not, was also a selling point for me.
ShipACarDirect was in constant contact with me by email four times a week. They provided me with their phone numbers. Also, ShipACarDirect put me in direct contact with the car carrier.
Rudy's Transport was the carrier. The car was delivered without damage and was taken to a car wash first.
