thumbs up...I had my daughter's car shipped from Baltimore, MD to Irving, TX. Scott was great. He told me that my Honda will be picked up on Tuesday, Jan. 2nd and, I said ok but I was like no one will call me on Jan. 1st on New Year's Day. I received a call on Jan. 1st as Scott promised for pickup time on Jan. 2nd at 12noon. On Jan. 2nd at exactly 11:45am, Tamin Sultani called me explaining that he was 30mins away and wanted to make sure he had enough space to pickup the Honda. Then, DMV (DC MD and VA area) received an ice storm so delivery will be delayed one day which is understandable and I was informed via text, email and phone call. Delivery was made promptly with a little dust and dirt on the outside of car but overall EVERYTHING is/was PERFECT. thumbs up
