Our apologies you were not satisfied with our service. We don’t guarantee dates, and always recommend having a back up plan when scheduling things because in the transport industry delays do happen. Our quotes are just that, they are estimates of what it will take for you to move your car. We cannot predict beforehand the exact price it a carrier wants 100% of the time unfortunately. There are instances where we need to bump the price for the carrier to pick-up your route. Upon checking on your order, the carrier pay was $900. We covered $25 of the bump for the carrier, you were only charged $200 out of the $225 Ship A Car Direct fee. We are sorry for the confusions and any inconvenience. Please know that we appreciate your feedback. Glad to know that your vehicle has been delivered safe and sound.
