It is the first time I have domestically shipped a car. Everything worked out well, but the main area of excellence was the Ship-A-Car-Direct coordinator (Eve). She was available via text - phone - email ... polite and results driven. I would use Ship-A-Car-Direct in the future without hesitation and / or refer to family and friends with high confidence.
