Despite some unexpected delays in finding a carrier to take my car from CT to CA, the Ship a Car Direct team was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. They offered a discount due to the unexpected delays, and kept in touch throughout the process. This is the first time I have shipped a car, and would definitely recommend this service.
