Shipacardirect is a great company to ship a car cross the country. They managed delivery very well at all stages. They regularly updated progress and answered emails quickly. They have reliable truck company to haul your car.
The procedure to ship a car with this company was:
1. Register online at shipacar direct webpage.
2. They will give you a quote to your email and a customer service will contact you for details. They need to understand your flexibility of the time that your car could be picked up and delivered.
3. Then they will ask their contracted truck company to schedule the delivery.
4. Once they locked a truck company, they will give you the contact information for you to directly discuss details with the truck driver.
5. I especially like this feature that you can directly talk to the truck driver and get him at the same page with you. My truck driver was very smart and easy going. He tried his best to provide convenience to customers. Very appreciate him.
6. The car was loaded and delivered with same truck driver. I like this too.
7. The truck driver delivered my car the same time as he promised when he picked the car. No “surprise” happened.
8. My car was shipped in open space and got dirty only without any damages.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this shipment. I like to recommend my friend to use this company for shipment.
