Good communication and customer service, but car was late

This is my third time using Ship-a-Car-Direct and each time their communication, ability to find a carrier quickly, and customer service have been great. My only reason for the 4 stars is because my car arrived 4 days after the scheduled pick up date, which was more the fault of the carrier than ship a car themselves. Other than that, my car arrived in good condition (dirty, but that is expected) and the process went smoothly. I would recommend ship a car direct to anyone who wants to simplify their car shipment experience.
