I was apprehensive, not knowing exactly who I was talking with or who was picking up my car. Jennifer with shipacardirect always returned my calls. I arrived and didn't have to wait on my car as it arrived a day earlier. The truck driver delivered my car directly to my door. I chose dirty but it wasn't as dirty as it would have been if I had driven it across country myself. All apprehension gone, I would 100% recommend this company and would use them again!
