I have used Ship A Car Direct several times in the past and I've always had an excellent experience with them. But my latest Austin to LA transport was stellar in all regards. From booking to receipt of the car at my home, everything was top notch. David was thorough in the booking process and followed up throughout the transport period, including checking if car was delivered on time and in good condition. The carrier they found was A++ in my book. HD Transport was on time for pick up, professional and efficient in pick up and delivery, and early on delivery. This was my best experience to date with a transport broker and a carrier. Many thanks to David at Ship A Car Direct and to Doug at HD Transport!
