Jennifer was very informative about the process. She helped to calm my fears and was helpful when I got anxious later. My car couldn't be picked up at my house so they came to an alternate location. The truck showed up the day I actually wanted and delivered to me a day early. Yes, the car was dirty when they delivered it but it was on an open truck. But that was to be expected. If you want it to be delivered clean pay the price and use an enclosed truck.
