I did not know what to expect as I have never done this before. Jennifer put me at ease right away and worked to secure a carrier. My locations were not the most traveled so it was a bit harder to find a person to get the car. Because I was not in a hurry the time, which was totally reasonable, was not an issue. The carrier did a great job and had the car already off the truck and ready for me before I arrived and made the experience perfect.

I would do this again with Ship a Car Direct anytime.
