I had previously been burned with car transport. Mainly through broker dealers that would non-stop call to offer me their wares and tell me the mistake I had made once I had chosen a car carrier. Even though the car carrier was fine, I was not looking forward to this next car transport. Then, I read tons on-line about "Ship-A-Car-Direct" - everything was handled on-line and no hassling phone calls. I had tremendous communication with the SACD team from the moment they had assigned a carrier, through transport and delivery - it was so good, in mid transport, I recommended them to my brother who used them too. It was a very positive experience overall and I would definitely recommend them in the future.
