Matt from Ship A Car is amazing. He kept in touch with me from booking my transportation to delivery. This company is very customer oriented. Here’s an example of who they are: received an email from Jerry letting me know there’s a FREE app that helps document condition of your car before and after delivery. Another email from Customer Service giving all the contact numbers you might need if you have an issue (which i never needed) A very funny email from Jerry as the “Damage Guy” who assured me we will never speak again cause they hardly ever have any damage to your car. Was a pleasant experience and would definitely highly recommend them for your transportation needs. My car went from Florida to New Hampshire without a scratch, other then the ones I had put on myself. LOL ... great company!
