I was pleased with the transparency of the broker process on Ship A Car Direct’s site, and the drivers were quick and efficient in delivering the car. The only complaint I have is that the driver who took my car didn’t let me know until the day of pick up that he didn’t have a license to pick up in D.C.’s district limits. I had to drive the car 4 miles to the border and then have some one else drive me back home. I wish that Ship A Car Direct had been more clear about pick up location discrepancies or had vetted driver capabilities a little more thoroughly before connecting us.
