Shipped a Honda CR-V out to my daughter in Santa Monica. Picked up on a Thursday and dropped off on Tuesday evening, just as predicted by my driver. Open trailer so there was some road dirt on the vehicle but absolutely no damage. I was contacted by email/text from Ship a Car Direct but really never needed to respond since I had the drivers cell number (but didn't use that either). I was worried about delivery at 7pm but my daughter said that the pickup was at a well lit grocery store parking lot. All went well and I was pleased with Ship a Car Direct as they gave me the best price over multiple competitors and took the time to stay in touch with me. Would definitely use them again. Totally trouble free move.
