This was a relatively easy experience. As a first time user, I appreciated the advice I received from the broker to have my car picked up earlier before the holiday to avoid delays getting a driver. None of the other brokers gave that advice. The quote I recieved was lower than other brokers and although I paid a bit more than originally quoted, the broker explained this might happen and told me to budget for it. The price ended up being on average anyhow. The only issue was upon delivery. The driver had given an estimated delivery time to my contact who had to drive to meet him because he couldn't easily get near her residence but then he changed the time without little notice and again didn't give much notice when he arrived at the agreed delivery location. My friend ended up missing work and made someone else miss work because she needed a ride to be able to drive the car back to her place. But overall the process itself was easy and I would use them again.
