Very honest and transparent broker

As far as brokers go, they were very honest, transparent, and quick to respond when I had questions. Don't think I could ask for much more from a broker. However, there were a couple hick-ups with the pickup. First is that they weren't able to pick up the car anywhere near where I was living so I had to drive 20 minutes out to meet up with the driver and find a ride back home. I think this could've been better communicated from the broker. Second is that the pickup was late. They weren't able to arrive when they said they would so I had to rush over the following morning so I wouldn't miss my flight. The drop-off location was closer to my next home by virtue of being closer to a mall near the highway. I wasn't in urgent need for the car so the drop-off date was fine. All in all, it was a good experience despite those pretty major inconveniences.
