It could have been a 5 stars experience if not for a few things mentioned below
1) I used the service to ship a car because I had to relocate from NY to CA. The car pick-up date was 2 days later than the time range I provided (a day after I arrived CA). It would have been a big problem if I do not have a relative who took care of my car for 2 days.
2) The quote should have clearly mentioned that the brokerage fee was not included in the quote. It causes confusion to me when I paid the driver during the car delivery.
Other than the above minor issues, the overall experience was good. There was constant communication with me throughout the process and the car was delivered without any issue after 8 days.
