I spent quite a bit of time selecting a shipping company for our vehicle. Their website is great and the videos posted are very helpful in understanding the process for first timers like me. I ultimately chose Ship a Car because their quote was a couple hundred less than their competitors. The experience was mixed. I was expecting them to be proactive and keep me posted on the status of finding a driver. Instead, I was the one being proactive and reaching out to them. They were very responsive when I did, but not what I was expecting. Ultimately I paid a couple hundred more than the original quote even though we gave them a couple of weeks notice before wanting the car shipped so didn’t save the money I anticipated. We had one small issue with the carrier which Ship a Car addressed quickly. The car arrived in good condition which was the important thing and Ship a Car was very communicative after the shipping was completed.
