We used Ship a Car Direct in Apr 2022 to ship my daughter's brand new (1 month old) Buick Encore from Arizona to Delaware. This was the first time we ever shipped a vehicle and I was uncertain of the process. Lottie from Ship a Car Direct did an excellent job of clearly explaining the step by step process. She answered all my questions and followed up throughout the transport providing status updates. The process went flawlessly and the car even arrived a day earlier than expected in the same pristine condition as when it was picked up. If we need to ship a car again, we will definitely use Ship a Car Direct.
