First you need to know how it works. Anybody you contact is just a broker they are not the people touching your vehicle. You’re talking to a broker in a marketplace who will go find some dude to transport your car. Shup A Car Direct found some very professional dudes who showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. They were clean, positive, spoke perfect English, no hassles, stayed in contact. As for ship a car direct, they were excellent with communication and kept in touch. They sent lots of emails with reminders and best practices. They basically hold your hand while one of your most valuable assets is under someone else’s control. That’s great. I will have no problem using them again.
