This was the first I had ever shipped a car somewhere after having several cars shipped to me where I didn't deal with the shipping. Everything I had heard of what a shady industry this is and how unreliable they were I was quite worried about sending my very high end car across the country. I was even more worried when the driver showed up a day late but after speaking with him (his English was not good, he will let you know that upfront he was from Belarus) I understood what was going on and it was fine. He showed up in CA on time and everything went very smoothly! I dealt with Lottie at Ship A Car Direct and she made the whole process go so smoothly, it really helped when making a 3,000 mile move. She was there whenever I had questions and took care of everything that I needed. If I have to ship another vehicle it will definitely be through them! Thanks, Johnny
