This shipment had a ready date of 5/27. We ask for a 1-4 day window for pickup from that date. On some routes it can take that long due to carrier shortages and other factors. On 5/30 the shipper requested a cancellation. That was before the pickup window expired. When we checked the National Load Board we saw the same order was already listed with other brokers for more money. We explained this to the shipper and also why those other listings are the reason why we will not be able to secure a carrier for less. The customer then got mad and posted this review however we cancelled the order and issued him a full refund. We did nothing wrong here. Thank you.
