I needed a pickup within 48 hours and the company was able to accommodate. Customer service was fantastic. The pickup was late by several hours. My husband had to call multiple times to see where they were. We had to get the camper delivered by a certain time so it was critical they picked up on time. Once delivered the driver helped my husband set up the camper with basic leveling. We called a few months later for a second pickup. Again, customer service was fantastic. I can't remember who I spoke with but it was the same person as the first time. He stated he had late hours and if we had issues call him back and he would fix it. I was not able to be there at the pick up but the driver pulled up the leveling blocks and put them in the camper. The delivery was on time and again the driver helped do basic set up.
