Our pick-up truck suddenly developed a problem that made it unsafe to pull our 25ft trailer. We had to leave where we were camping so we had to have the trailer pulled from near Weed CA to near Bend Oregon.

I think I called Showroom Transport on a Sunday and they picked up the phone. Good start. I asked for a pick up on Tuesday AM. Though I was nervous about handing the trailer over to complete strangers, they were were efficient and professional on the phone. The driver called me later and we made plans to meet. When he showed up I knew we had the right people. He was professional but personable and clearly knowledgeable all of which made us feel comfortable, plus he had a really big bad-ass truck.

I asked him to call us when he got the trailer to its destination and he did. Everything was on time no damage. My wife will not let send this without saying how much she enjoyed meeting the driver's dog, "Dilly". He was good PR in a stressful situation.
