TALK TOO MUCH NO ACTION!!!

Initial pick 11/28, given the runaround til 11/30 when I was told "it will be 12/2 guarenteed"...I work in customer service, mistakes do happen and delays DO OCCUR but you HAVE to honestly communicate with people "I cannot do it til day 7" is better than a runaround, alot of talk and NO ACTION...absolutely the WORST in communication. After day 3 of no pick-up & no compensation, I chose another company & I suggest you do too. NO COMPENSATION & was told "you will come back to me" REALLY?!!!!
