STAY AWAY FROM SHOWTIME AUTO TRANSPORT!

Jason and Adrian are the MOST unprofessional people I have ever met! Showtime is a RIPOFF! I put in a request for a quote; received NUMEROUS calls from Jason "begging" for my business. Well, finally I accepted the offer to have my vehicle transported from Miami to TN for $600; with the broker keeping $200. Well, after repeated calls and lies that he had trucks standing by "now" and made trips 3-4 days a week to my area; and my vehicle would be picked up the same evening or next day WERE ALL LIES! I made it clear that my schedule was a bit tight. Despite my reservations about securing a company without seeing their reviews, Jason made me feel like he was a "honest" salesman; BOY WAS I WRONG! Secondly, I called EVERYDAY afterward and spoke with Adrian who continued to tell me that the truck was picking it up that day or the following morning; LIES.... It was never even dispatched and accepted by anyone. A driver's phone # and contact info could never be provided. I called back on day #4 and asked Jason why hasn't he called to explain to me what was going on; and he said he "just" fired the guy and took him off of my run because he wasn't following through with promises. I asked him, when was he going to tell me. I am the customer; they have my $200 and promised me that regardless to their contract, how FAST pickup would be- IT NEVER HAPPENED and now its 5 days later; and I'm leaving my location in a week. Cheaper is not always better; this company gives you the runaround AFTER they have your MONEY! He never had anyone to pick up my vehicle and NEVER even had the professionalism to call me and let me know or tell me his sales pitch of having empty trucks waiting on me to sign my contract and vehicles waiting- ALL LIES! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I'm going to BBB, Consumer Affairs and my banking institution; complete RIPOFF! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHOWTIME AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
