*This company is a complete fraud, and lied every time I spoke to them. They said that my deposit was fully refundable during our phone conversation, then rushed me through signing a pick up order knowing that they had lied.

They promised to pick up my vehicle on Dec. 29th, and told me the driver was in route when we talked that morning. That evening, after not receiving any calls as promised, they said he was late and that he'd be there in the morning, and they would call me first thing. After not calling again as promised, I spoke to someone who said he would check with the driver and get back to me. Several hours later, I had to call back again, at which time Adrian told me the driver wouldn't be able to make the pick up at all. He said he would try and get some there on Monday, 3 days later. I asked him to cancel my order and give me the full refund I was promised over the phone by Conrad. Adrian said, "I will find someone to get it today, if I can do that will you still use us?". I agreed, and never heard back from anyone at any point. I made a call on Jan. 3rd and left a voice mail but got no response, and then finally reached someone in accounting on Jan. 6th. The idiot I spoke to in accounting basically told me too bad and f*ck off. He said all I was entitled to was $60 out of the $150 deposit I made, and that he would mail it to me. When I let him know I would be reporting them to the BBB, he said he wasn't going to me anything now and that he didn't care if I reported them. His exact response was, "oooh, what are we gonna get an F- rating, I don't care".

Complete douche bags and liars!! Stay far far away. I switched to a company called Stateway Auto Transport and worked with a guy named Eric. They were about $200 more expensive, but they picked up when promised and delivered a day earlier than expected.
