This so called company is a fraud. A group of people, based out of Miami, Florida, who identify themselves as Adrian, Account Coordinator, Jason, the Other Account Coordinator and Sarai, reservations and accounting. Sent a low ball quote, called to convince me how great and wonderful they are, emailed a contract to sign electronically, took $150 deposit immediately, then dropped me like a hot potato and laughed all the way to bank. They did nothing more. No further communication on their part. No calls back never found a driver.Every day was a new lie but I had to call them every day! The contract to pick up my vehicle from Lewiston, MI and deliver to Carrollton, TX for $700 never honored. Date of reservation December 22, 2011. Contract states car would be picked up on first available ship date of January 9, 2012 and must be delivered before January 17, 2012. On January 9, I call Adrian to ask if my car had been picked up. Adrian said he had good and bad news. Bad news driver cannot pick up car until January 10, but good news driver will deliver in 2 days. Today is January 17, 2012, car never picked up. They had plenty time to man up their phone lines to find a truck driver. Jason told me Adrian was fired last weekend for lying to customers and for poor customer service. Jason took over for Adrian incompetence but Jason also continued to lie and found no driver. I asked for my deposit back. Told they take a $90 administration fee off the deposit so the most I could maybe get back was $60 which according to Jason a $60 refund is really nothing! It means something to me. I am the customer. These awful people ripped me off, they should be charged with ICC violations, RICO ACT violations, federal crimes, interstate fraud and theft from unknowing customers across all state lines in the USA. They must be put out of business stop them from doing this to anyone else.
