Beware-$35 Admin/Cancel fee-Got Call 2 Increase quote by$50-Review geting Purged

THIS IS A GENUINE COMPLAINT, HOWEVER SHOWTIME AUTO KEEPS DISPUTING SAYING MY ORDER NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH AND KEEPS PURGING MY REVIEW FROM THIS WEBSITE. AS LONG AS GOD KEEPS ME ALIVE, I WILL FIGHT FOR JUSTICE AND MAKE SURE THAT MY GENUINE COMPLAINT IS VOICED ON THIS WEBSITE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN UP, IF MY PAIN AND THE TROUBLE I HAD ENDURED WAS NOT GENUINE. I WISH I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS PRATICE AT THE "BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" at bbb.org. I wish there was a consumer protection agency which can look at this business practice which is keeping my genuine voice heard on this website.
I had 6 bad experiences with my transactions. It ended costing me extra Dollars from my pocket and I had to undergo several emotional challenges during this entire
transaction. Keeping this complaint on this website in itself is now turning up to be a big challenge.
1. One thing I really did not like about my experience was that I was told verbally by the Sales person - Sairai and then later initially by the Dispatch person Sophie
that there is no cancellation fee. However later when I really wanted to cancel this transaction since my truck was not getting picked up, I was told that there is a
$35 Administration fee. I remember many times asking specifically if there was any sort of cancellation fee, and I was always told initially that there was $0
cancellation fee. That is why I really think there was a lack of transparency when I talked to them during the signing of the contract.
2. My car was picked by around 18-19 days after I gave my initial deposit of $125.
3. My original destination or request for drop off was Bakersfield, CA. After 18-19 days I was told that due to my location (Bakersfield) it’s difficult to get
drivers. I finally agreed to have this vehicle dropped at Valencia which was approximately 100 miles from my real location. I changed my venue 13 days after my deposit
was taken since my car was not getting picked up. I had to beg someone to drop me at the Greyhound station in Bakersfield and beg someone to pick me up from the
Greyhound at Valencia. I had to beg my friend to be at home to accept the delivery of this car. I had to Mail the Money order to my friend and as extra precaution had
to also transfer money to his checking account in case the Money order does not reach him on time. My friend had to go to ATM twice since ATM does not allow taking out
more than $500 per day. Bank of America considers transaction done on Saturday and Sunday as 1 day and he had to go to the ATM at least 3 times to withdraw the entire
$950(for the driver). I then had to drive the car back from Valencia to Bakersfield. This entire experience ended costing me several Dollars additional from my pocket.
Spent so much time over the Phone to speak to folks at Showtime Auto. It put strain on my friendship with my friends since I had to rely on them for unnecessary favors
during a working day (to drop Bus Station, pickup at Bus Station, Money Order, and ATM Withdrawals). I spend several hours worrying about my car and calling them on
the phone during my productive working days.
4. After 9 days since singing the contract, I was told by this company to pay an additional $50 on top of my original contract if the car needs to be picked up
immediately. I did not agree to this renewed contract and at that time wanted to cancel the contract and was told that it would cost me $35 to cancel the contract.
5. I had to call them several times in a day to know when my car was going to be picked up. My car was finally picked up 18-19 days from the day they initially took
the Deposit of $125. Very rarely I used to get calls from them; it was always I who call them to get the status.
6. This is my 3rd posting on this website - 2 of my previous posting got deleted. Showtime auto keeps purging my comments from this website saying that my order number
does not match. i have sent the administrator the original copy of my Shipping order - but my review keeps getting purged.
Overall I had an extremely very bad experience.
