Was first told that the $150 dollar deposit would be debited once my vehicle was picked up. The debited as soon as I hung up with them. They told me my vehicle would be picked up in two days. It has been over a week and they continue to give me run arounds. I called to cancel and request my deposit be returned and was told that I signed a contract with someone else which voids my contract with them. I only signed one contract and that was with them. All in all they have been extremely dishonest and rude. I am a US service member who just returned from an overseas tour and this is the first company I had to deal with back here in the States.
I contacted the name of the second company which they said I signed a contract with and that company is pretty much telling me that there is no contract on file and that I must be dealing with a shady company. Showtime auto transport out of Miami, Florida is not to be trusted. DO NOT give them your credit card info!
