Dear Mr. Giannone,
We apologize for any and all damages your bike received, however our files show that nothing of this was brought to our attention nor any damage claim placed with our company or our contracted driver. We take all damage claims seriously and try to assist in any way possible. All the drivers we use are professionaly selected and screened, also are required to hold at least a $250,000 cargo insurance that would deffinatly have covered the repairs should a claim have been initiated immediatly after the delivery of your vehicle. Once again we would like to apologize.
