In 11/02/04, I called the Silva auto and spoke to Kori and asked if she could picked up the car in next 2 days because i have to get back to california next 2 days. She told me that the company will picked up the car within 1-7 days. She told me it's OK to leave the key to someone so the carrier could picked up. I thought that's Ok because my sister's not going until 11-16-04, I had to deposit $200 so they could picked up but they never did. Before one day my sister left I called the company and spoke to Erick and told him what hapened and requested a refund, he had checked tracking and knew there's no driver at that time. He told me to fax the little cancel note so they can made a refund for me, and it won't process within 7 days. So I faxed. 30 mins later, I've called another company and make a deal with them. Eventhough it's alittle more expansive but it's OK. They were willing to picked up right on that day, that's why it's expansive.
Later that day, the Silva auto called me and said that they cannot refund my money because they said they had arrange the driver to picked up my car next day afternoon. That B.S., because they knew nobody's gonna be there next day. And actually, there's no driver in that area at all. There were alot more about the argued between the Silva auto and me I hadn't listed out. THIS IS BBBBBBBB.SSSSSSSS. COMPANY I'VE EVER KNOWN.

He placed his order with our company and was told it would be an estimated 10-14 days before we could get a carrier out to pickup, as this was a long haul and the drivers were experiencing some minor delays, which was all understood by Jimmy. Our office had emailed Jimmy informing him of a carrier (S & H Auto Transport) being assigned and scheduled for pickup. Jimmy tried calling and canceling his order and asked for a refund, but was informed that a carrier was already assigned for pickup the next day. At that time due to a carrier being assigned no refund would be honored. This is common practice in this industry, not just with our company. We attempted to convince him to stay with this carrier since it was getting picked up the next day. At that time he informed us that the vehicle was no longer available as it was already picked up. We then cancelled the carrier letting him know the vehicle was no longer available due to it being picked up a few days earlier. Since he was no longer eligible for a refund Jimmy then called our office back a few hours later asking to proceed with that carrier as the vehicle was there and ready. How can that be, if he had told us it was already picked up? We had informed him the carrier was cancelled per his request, and is no longer on that route.
