Well, its been a very long process and still trying to get my $200 or $150 refunded back to me. I am not even sure how they got in contact with me, but was the FIRST legtimate quote I received that day in my email for a good low price of $500. I check there website and name all looked original. Well I Was very WRONG!! I called soon after receiving the email. A woman answered first time calling and I thought i was on my way for transport of my car.

Also if your reading this I am thinking of collecting all names who have been scammed by SIlva and filing a POLICE REPORT and SUEing for a substanial amount of money. FOR false advertising and emotional distress.

After Ten or so Days, I called a few times to touch base with them, and no one answered a few times calling. I would eventually get contact through email and once through phone. THEY WILL NOT Answer the phone due to caller id and area codes. I got worried and realize nothing was being done. Thats is why my quote seems reasonable but they KNEW they were not intended of transporting my vehicle. I sent a fax in stating CANCEL order and to refund what the terms and condition stated on there site, an amount of $150. Still after 25 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVE any Refund. I have put in dispute work from my bank, and they told me accounting was suppose to be getting in touch with me. That was the one time I was able to talk to someone after day 18. ALL OTHER ATTEMPTS they have not responded to my email or calls.

FRAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDDS!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!

Customers refund was processed within the 7 days we have. According to bank it could take up to 30 days to appear of customers account. Customer was provided refund transaction number twice upon request. We are sorry he feels upset with our company but all efforts possible were made by our company to no avail.
