I have never written a review about anything but I could not let this situation pass without warning people NOT to do business with this company. So very unprofessional and frustrating. Once
they have the deposit you'll be lucky EVER to get a call back or any communication at all!
I was simply trying to find out the status of my order and when I might expect pick up. Nothing.
Never a return call but once I called from a different phone number I got straight through as I'm
sure they viewed the call as a new customer. And when I did speak to them finally I was just handed a line that the car would probably be picked up in the next couple of days BUT when I
called initially I was encouraged that the car WOULD be picked up by Wednesday or Thursday,
which was long gone by now. The company I changed over to was wonderful, returned my calls,
were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate me after my nightmare of an
ordeal. I mentioned to Silva that I had since learned of some pretty awful testimonials and they simply said that only "grumpy" people wrote such reviews! Well I consider myself a rather happy camper, usually giving people the benefit of the doubt as I expect people to deal with people in a respectful and professional manner. Not the case with Silva. In my opinion, Silva(silver) has a very TARNISHED reputation and do yourself a favor and stop right here and go with a reputable
company.
