The only reason I came to know this company was because our movers hired them. They called us after picking up the car and said they won't work with our movers because they didn't trust them. I then had to send them money directly and they don't take wires or credit cards. Somehow the price increased 100 dollars from the agreed upon amount. I had to mail them a check and thank goodness I sent it with tracking because they said they never got it. Once I provided the tracking number they saw that it was delivered but they didn't answer so it was at the post office. During all this my car missed the Matson ship it was supposed to be on because they hadn't been paid and I eventually got my car in Hawaii a week later than I was supposed to. When I received the car the entire back windshield was gone.

I know the logistics of moving can make things take longer than anticipated but the unprofessionalism of this business was horrible. We had to jump through hoops to pay them and my car was damaged in their care, Matson noted that it was deliver to them damaged. Avoid the headaches and use someone else.
