They were a day late in picking up my vehicle. Upon delivery, the driver had the wrong key for my car. Once that was realized, they said they accidentally gave it to the previous customer who was holding my key for ransom ($400). I'm sure they just lost my key and weren't being honest. That delayed delivery an extra day. They paid for a new key to be cut and programmed for my car ($240 value). It shouldn't have happened in the first place. Horrible company contracted through Auto Transport 123. My car was filthy, which is kind of expected from open enclosure. The driver was inexperienced at driving a manual transmission. I've been smelling burnt clutch all day. This company is a disappointment. I highly disapprove this company. You have been warned.
