The car was picked up in NY march 12 2004. It took them 2 weeks to pick up a rig I got from Ebay. They have so many excuses and lies that they begin to sound like Bush. Gene told me that the car was Houston and has to turn back because of a tornado. The truck has to stop again because of hail. The driver had a heart attack so they have to find a new driver and much more. Lies and excuses!!!!!
Diane hang up one numerous times and told me that she is from NY and she can turn her charm on if needed. The other lady said that Gene is having an affair with a gay neighbor and that is why he cant manage the company anymore!!!! I told her that all I want is my TRUCK and not your personal life.
This is a really bad company to deal with. I got the truck 2 months later with dings here and there and with all that trouble they charged me 150.00 more!!!!
