I had scheduled Snowbird to pick up my vehicle from Maryland on July 17th and ship it to Arizona. I gave them my credit card number and was charged a $200.00 deposit. I was moving to AZ myself and had to leave my vehicle with a neighbor to get picked up. Bottom line...my car never got picked up so I told them to forget the whole thing and just give me my deposit back. Ya right! After months of calling and finally talking to some guy named Bill White who says Snowbird no longer exists I still have no deposit given back to me. Snowbird does still exist and they are still taking peoples money. Whatever you do, don't use them and check out any auto transport company before you give them your money.
