We apologize for causing such a terrible inconvenience! Unfortunately, some things we just cannot foresee. We have reviewed your order in our system and have to state, that the driver that we offered you was the only available driver on the route to accept the job. We do not reject our responsibility and will definitely look into this. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
