From start to finish, Sam John’s the contact for me throughout this very stressful ordeal, was always reassuring and explained everything that I wanted to know. When I try to contact him to ask questions, he always answered or got back with me immediately to see what I needed. The driver Demetri, was outstanding pleasant knowledgeable and was the same with the answering of questions no matter how small or large they were. We are so glad that we shipped our car with Sonic! We will use them again in the future and I will tell all my friends and family that this is the company to use if you want to transport your car! I would also like to add, there was absolutely no hidden charges everything was upfront, we knew what we were getting and that’s what we got!
