David H. was my representative from South Beach Transport and he answered all my questions and was very patient with me. This was our first time to ever have a car shipped. We purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from my in-laws in CA and needed it delivered to TX. David worked with me every step of the way because he knew I had concerns after reading a lot of negative reviews of many other companies. He always answered his cell phone and was very polite. He chose a great trucking company for us and a great driver. Paul from Mountain Logistics Inc. was our driver and he was nice. We did need to be flexible on the pickup time and the delivery time, but we knew that in advance so it didn't bother us when our car was delivered a few hours later than originally told. We understood that we can't control traffic, construction, or weather. The flexible time did not bother us, because we wanted our car to get here without damage and IT DID! Thank you to Paul, the driver, and to David from South Beach Transport!
